CLIENT WORK · LOS ANGELES, USA
2945 Glendower Ave
A hillside house above Los Feliz, held between a brick hearth wall and a glass wall onto the basin. Brick, travertine, bronze and leather, shot at the end of the day — a full set of interior stills, material close-ups and a short vertical film.

ROLE

SCOPE
Interior CGI, material studies, vertical film
01 — THE HOUSE
The site drops away to the south, so the whole plan turns one way: a single glazed wall onto the basin, an infinity edge that reads as the floor continuing, and downtown sitting on the horizon at the far end of the water.
Everything behind that line is heavy and warm — brick, travertine, wool, cognac leather. The lighting brief was the two hours before sunset, when the sun comes in sideways under the soffit and the material does the work.

02 — LIVING
A sunken seating well, a brick chimney breast, and a long low table on wool. Every camera in this room was framed from sitting height, so the sill line runs level with the eye and the city stays where it belongs — outside.

03 — MOTION
A short vertical cut for social — one slow move across the water and into the room, cut to the light rather than to a beat. Delivered 1080 × 1350, VP9 and H.264.

LENGTH
12 seconds, looping
ENCODE
VP9 at 5–6 Mbps, H.264 fallback
GRADE
Matched to the stills — same LUT, no extra warmth
04 — MATERIALS
Four surfaces carry the house: rough brick, filled travertine, brushed bronze and cognac leather. Each was shot as its own frame at the hour it looks best, so the set can be cut for a brochure spread or run alone as a texture sequence.

05 — SLEEPING AND BATHING
The main bedroom opens straight onto the pool deck; the bathroom sits behind it in travertine, lit only by what comes through the doorway. Same camera height, same hour — the set reads as one afternoon.

06 — STILL LIFE
The small frames are what a listing actually runs between the wide shots — objects at arm's length, shallow depth, the house only implied. Shot in the same pass so the light matches the rooms they come from.
