Tell me what you are building.

A launch that needs imagery, a studio whose pipeline is straining, or a building that needs rethinking before anyone draws it. Write with the project, the date and the decision it has to support — I answer within two business days.

01 — WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Campaign Direction

I own the visual output of a launch — imagery, cinematics, tours and digital twins — and direct the artists producing it, in your team or mine.

PROJECT-BASED · 6 WEEKS TO 9 MONTHS

Production Systems

An audit of how work moves through your studio, then the rebuild — asset management, rendering, review cycles, and the standards that hold quality at scale.

RETAINED OR FIXED SCOPE · FROM 4 WEEKS

Design & Transformation

Apartments, houses and historic buildings — concept, interiors and materials, with permits handled through licensed partner offices.

PER PROJECT · CONCEPT TO CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT

02 — HOW IT STARTS

STEP 1

A Free 30-Minute Call

What the project is, who it has to convince, and when it has to land. If I'm not the right person, you'll hear that on the call.

STEP 2

Scope and Schedule

A written proposal: deliverables, review points, the team the work needs, and a fee. Usually within a week of the call.

STEP 3

Production

Work starts against fixed review points. You see progress at every stage, not a reveal at the end.

03 — WHAT TO SEND

The Project

Location, scale, stage — drawings or a model if they exist.

The Date

When the imagery has to be in front of your audience.

The Audience

Buyers, tenants, a planning board, an investment committee.

The Budget Range

Even approximate — it decides the scope of what I propose.
